Professional Life

A Canadian illustrator based in Edmonton, Alberta, CheruSake has been drawing for a little over 20 years.

Previously having worked at video game development company, Bioware, on their Dragon Age Inquisition title, CheruSake has recently started delving into indie game development.

Formerly, she ran a comic studio called Iron-Gibbet Studios, which produced titles including Requiem Mask, The Refuge, and The Superfluous Adventures of Indifferent Girl. Some of which, will be recreated and loaded here as updated projects.

Through Iron-Gibbet Studios, she released a novella entitled "Dies Irae", a prequel to the comic, Requiem Mask, which is available through Amazon.

In the past, she participated in a volunteer educational program that taught drawing and comic creation to children in schools around the province of Alberta.

Personal Life

CheruSake is part of the LGBTQA+ community and seeks to represent an open and loving mindset in all of her work.

Music is a major inspiration in her art. She studied and performed as a vocalist with the Alberta College Schola Cantorum Conservatory of Music for 12 years.
